Hogs are also available by the half at $4.25/lb and the whole at $4.00/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees (butcher fees are $30 for the kill and .30 per lb with smoking costing an additional .75 per lb) Most hogs are butchered at approx. 250lbs and at that time have a hanging weight of about 175-190lbs. Occassionally larger and smaller hogs are available so please contact us for further information. We require a $100 deposit for half a hog and a $150 deposit to reserve a whole one. Deposits are not refundable unless an order can not be filled by the farm.

Muscovy Duck and Royal Palm Turkeys

Both duck and turkey are raised on pasture and are available seasonally here on the farm for $4/lb (First year CSA Customers pay $2.50). Due to issues in the past with non pick up, we are now asking that all poultry orders be paid for in advance of the demise of the birds to ensure no one is giving their life needlessly.
